COMFORT ROOM

It is our classic room (17 sqm + bathroom).

We can kit it out with a double bed – with individual duvets – or  with two single beds.

There is a sofa that, on request, can be transformed into a third bed.

It is equipped with 32-inch television with italian snd foreign channels, desk, minibar, safe and wardrobe.

The bathroom features shower, hairdryer and courtesy kit.

The Comfort rooms on the first floor share a large terrace overlooking the lake, while those on the second floor have a balcony with also lake view; in both cases there is a table with chairs.

SUPERIOR ROOM

It is our new room (18 sqm + bathroom), furnished in modern style.

Both the superior rooms on the first floor and those on the second have a balcony, overlooking the lake, equipped with table and chairs.

It is furnished with a 32-inch LED TV with italian and foreign channels, a desk, a minibar, a safe, an open wardrobe and a reading corner with a small armchair.

The bathroom features a roomy shower stall, hairdryer and courtesy kit.

We can kit it out with a double bed – with individual duvets – or two single beds. On request it is possible to add a third bed.

APARTMENT “VENTO”

It is our new apartment (34 sqm + bathroom) furnished in modern style that can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. It is based on the ground floor and has a small rock garden with partial lake view, and is equipped with a table and chairs.

The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe with a safe.

The bathroom has a large shower, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

The living room – kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, table with chairs, 32-inch Tv and comfortable sofa that, on request, can be transformed into a French bed (140 cm wide).

APARTMENT “ACQUA”

It is our new apartment (45 sqm + bathroom) furnished in modern style that can accommodate up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. It is based on the ground floor and has a small rock garden with partial lake view, and is equipped with a table and chairs.

There are two bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe – one with safe.

The bathroom has a large shower, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
