Dear guests,
here below you will find a list of actions we will do to guarantee your and our safety against Covid-19; this list could change according with new Italians laws and scientific facts.
Rooms:
Upon arrival the guest will find a room perfectly disinfected; indeed in addiction to the normal make up cleaning we will use alcohol solutions and ozone sanitizing.
Guests who stay more than one night can always ask to not make up their rooms end/or just the linen change.
The cleaning lady anyway will always wear clean mask and gloves in your room.
Communal areas:
First of all our rooms are all accessible from the outside so we have no indoor hall or stairs.
You will find posters that suggest you some safety rules e.g. remember to keep 1 or 2 meters safety distance always.
Gel with alcohol to disinfect your hands in different locations.
More time per day sanitizing with alcohol of area touched by guests often.
Distance of 1-2 meters between indoor and outdoor tables.
Bar service at the tables only.
Periodically disinfection with ozone.
Breakfast:
In our big breakfast room we leave just 8 tables -plus the other 6 outdoor in our panoramic terrace; each table is at the safe distance of 1-2 meters from the other one.
We maintain the breakfast buffet but it will be closed to the guests by plexiglass shields and an employee will serve it.
As usual every tablecloth will be washed after the breakfast and the dishes, glasses and cutlery will be disinfected in the dishwasher with chlorine and high temperature.
Periodically disinfection with ozone.
How to go to town center:
If you will not be at ease to take the tourist bus you could always use for free our new bycicles on the beautiful cycle lane that runs on the lake side.
You will find everything to clean it before every use.
Dinner:
There will be the chance to order your dinner here and get it delivered by local restaurants.
We will be happy to satisfy any extra need of safety against Covid 19: just ask us!
