–ARRIVAL: check-in from 2.30 pm to 10 pm
In case of late arrival, please inform us in advance.
–DEPARTURE: check-out at 11:00.
–APARTMENTS: The price of the apartments does not include breakfast usually. If you wish to do it at the hotel the cost is € 15 per person per day. The apartments, like the rooms, are supplied with bed linen and towels and we do daily cleaning.
–WE ARE PET FRIENDLY: We accept small and medium-sized dogs upon request. The cost is € 10 per day. We have dog pillow, bowls, towels and a cleaning room available for our small four-legged friends. They are not allowed in the breakfast room in respect of other guests.
–SPECIAL DIET/ALERGY: If you need special food for your breakfast let us know in advance, we will be pleased to satisfy your request.
–NOT INCLUDED: City tax extra 1,50 € per person per day to pay only cash at the end of your stay.
–PAYMENTS: We accept payments in cash or with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro credit cards. The credit card used for the booking is kept only to guarantee the reservation; the customer can pay at the hotel at check-out as he/she prefers.
–POLICY OF CANCELLATION: Please cancel your reservation 7 days prior your arrival date to avoid one night penalty and the 30% of the reservation amount.
In case of no-show the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of delayed arrival or early departure the hotel will charge the amount of the whole stay.
