CANCELLATIONS:
- free, for cancellations 30 day before arrival;
- 25% of the price of the stay, for cancellations between the 20th and the 4th day before arrival;
- 50% of the price of the stay, for cancellations made in the 3 days before arrival, with a minimum of 1 night�s stay.
