Cancellation

The cancellation is only valid in written form.
Free of charge 2 weeks before arrival date. The advance payment can be taken for the next stay in the same year or can be reimbursed minus a handling fee of  Euro 50,00

50% of the booked hotel arrangement for cancellations received between 2 weeks and 4 days before the intended start of your holiday.
Up to 3 days, in case of shorterm cancellations , delayed arrivals and premature departure we charge 100% of the booked hotel arrangement.
